Dynamic Collection Harvesting (emailList_*): Every sheet tab in the spreadsheet whose name starts with emailList_ (e.g. emailList_Volunteers, emailList_SlipHolders, emailList_Members) is automatically scanned for valid email addresses and populated as an available collection in the dispatcher.
