DAHLGREN CUP

Intro:
The Dahlgren Cub was originally a fund raising event for the Dahlgren Rescue
Squad. So lets have fun and raise money for the Dahlgren Rescue Squad.
Registration:
None. Please contact 653-3376 if you plan to attend.
Races:
2 races are scheduled. Start time is . The starting line will be in the
vicinity of the Junction Buoy in Machodoc Creek. There will be a 2 hour time
limit for each race.
Rules:
Unless stated otherwise, the same rules used for the Under-The-Guns Regatta
will be in effect. Additional instructions may be present on the Race Committee
Boat.
Scoring and Awards:
The low point scoring system will be used. Awards will be given for Spinnaker
and Non Spinnaker fleets.
Additional awards will be presented to the boat or individual that donates
the most money to the Dahlgren Rescue Squad.

Boats are not required to race to be eligible for these awards, just send
money.
